Auction Bidding Service

Sometimes you might be unable to attend the auction yourself, or you could be concerned that you will be so nervous that you will either pay too much or freeze at a crucial stage and miss out on the property all together.

Good Deeds Property Buyers can represent you at auction to bid on your behalf. We have extensive experience and knowledge of the auction process, which allows us to give our clients a competitive edge. Each auction is unique and we are able to read every individual situation and act accordingly – this maximizes your chance of controlling the auction and minimizes the chances of you getting caught out of your depth.

We will meet with you prior to the auction (as long as you are in Sydney) and organize the appropriate authorizations. Then we will attend the auction (including the open house and bidders' registration if it is an on-site auction) and, if necessary, handle post-auction negotiations on your behalf. Agents have until midnight on the day of auction to sell under auction conditions, so we might be called upon to assist you well into the night!

This is a stand-alone service. To ensure your best chance of securing the property of your dreams, however, we recommend you also consider our Individual Property Evaluation and Negotiation Service. The additional intelligence we can glean on market value, other buyers and vendor motivation can really enhance the outcome for you.

The fee is $1100 (including GST). The earlier you book us in, the better, in order to avoid missing out on our available timeslots.
