Comprehensive Property Search Service

This is complete management of your property search, from the point of putting together a detailed brief with you, up until you buy a property. We do all the search, assessment, analysis and bidding/negotiation. There's no limit to the number of properties we'll consider for you and no limit to the time over which we'll work for you – we work with you until you have a property you're happy with.

Once we've developed a good understanding of your requirements, we'll begin the process of formulating a search plan that best suits your goals and objectives, this will include consideration of your lifestyle, internal and external space requirements, locales, architecture, schools, transport needs and general amenity.

Our recommendations will include maximising your budget in the current market and we will be your single point of contact through the entire process. As the only agent you need to deal with, we will manage and co-ordinate with selling agents, building inspectors, lawyers, valuers, strata managers, property managers and other professional advisers.

Our Comprehensive Property Search Service includes;

Our Full Service offering is an “end-to-end” solution. This means we will manage the entire buying process for you from beginning to end, allowing you to be involved as much or as little as you like and maintain objectivity through the process. Most of our investor clients require guidance in terms of location and the style of property that will attract quality tenants and provide above average potential for capital growth. The market for this type of home can be pretty competitive and our focus is always that you buy a quality property without paying an inflated price.

Our owner-occupier clients often start their home search with a very clear idea of what they want to buy and where. Sometimes, however, this can turn out to be an evolutionary process and we will be your guiding hand throughout to ensure that you end up buying the right property at the right price.

Once we have had a conversation with you (and preferably met) to discuss your property search, we will provide you with a quote. Our fee is fixed, and not contingent on the purchase price. There are no limits in terms of time, postcodes or the number of properties for consideration. Good Deeds will work with you until you have the right property at the right price.

Generally, if you are buying property for investment, the cost of using a buyer's agent could be tax deductible. Check with your accountant for advice specific to your situation.

When you engage Good Deeds Property Buyers you will immediately feel relieved that you have the experts on the case. Throughout the process you will be amazed at what you learn and when you purchase a property you will be very comfortable that you have made the best possible decision.
