If you have found a property that you would like to buy, Good Deeds Property Buyers will provide expert advice and then manage the purchase on your behalf.

Good Deeds Property Buyers will provide a pricing appraisal for one specified property.
Includes:
- Contact and discussion with the selling agent.
- Property inspection and assessment.
- Detailed analysis of pricing, with history, comparable sales and market conditions.
You can then handle the negotiations yourself or you may upgrade to the full Evaluation and Negotiation Service.
Auction Bidding
Good Deeds Property Buyers will bid on your behalf at an auction. Our experience and knowledge of auction tactics allow you to:

First Home Buyer Negotiation Coaching

- Offer strategy and negotiation (including a debrief and review after each vendor negotiation with advice on correct response)

The Good Deeds coaching service does not include property inspection or direct negotiation with the vendor or agent – you will do that yourself with the benefit of our advice.
