Veronica was very positive and patient (two of her great traits!) and told us there was no need to give up the search and that she would be prepared to work with us again when we were ready. So we put the search on hold for six months when we started looking afresh.

It’s not easy to buy a property at the best of times but when you are absent and with a huge time difference it can be challenging to say the least.
